We have been working diligently since October 15 to finalize the performance schedule, taking into account the many applications (thank you), the floorspace availability, and the available time for the clinicians and adjudicators.
The schedule pages can be accessed here as a .pdf file. If you have trouble reading .pdf files, investigate getting a copy of the free Adobe Reader program from Adobe.com.
What do you look for? In this file, if you believe you are registered as a performer, you should be able to find your name. In a small number of lines above this, you will find a line that tells which “class” you are registered in. Not a classroom number at RCM, but an ACNMP class number or equivalent. That line should tell you the day of the festival week (Nov 18-22) and the time of day for your performance. Another line or so above that you will find the name of your clinician / adjudicator.
Please arrive at the RCM performance venue (273 Bloor St W.) at least 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, to leave enough time to find the actual classroom that is your venue.
The line above is the link to the schedule file.
Friends, family members, and members of the public are encouraged to attend.
Enjoy the festival.
I cannot find the link to the schedule. I click on here, and other places, and nothing gives me the information. of when my students will be performing.
I have given Margot more detailed info on how to get what she wants. It seems this post wasn’t clear enough.
hello,
today is November 10th and I can not access the schedule link from the website anymore.
I registered my two children to perform in the festival and need an exact schedule
Can you please, send me a full schedule.
Thank you
Nathalile
It seems I need to clarify: The schedule is still available, if you go to the main page, click on “Our Blog” then on the topmost rectangle “Continue Reading” then on “Schedule”.
